This policy informs you about the processing of personal data when you visit our website logerio.de. Terms such as "processing" or "controller" are used within the meaning of Art. 4 GDPR.

Depending on the case, the legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR) or the protection of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We state the applicable basis for each processing activity.

4. Hosting

We host this website with an external service provider (processor): ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes, on our behalf, the data generated when this website is visited and used (in particular technical access data and the content of contact requests), on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.

5. Server log files

When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: name of the file accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a technically error-free and secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons and then deleted; data whose retention is required for evidentiary purposes is exempt until the incident has been finally resolved.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in your browser's address bar.

7. Fonts (self-hosted)

To display fonts consistently, we use the web fonts "Lato" and "Poppins". These are stored and served locally on our server. There is no connection to Google servers; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for font rendering. The same applies to the animation library we use, which is also served locally.

8. Contact (contact form and email)

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (in particular name, email address, telephone number if given, company and the content of your message) in order to handle and respond to your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Messages are sent via our hosting provider's mail servers.

To protect against spam and automated requests, we use technical measures (including a calculation task, a hidden field and a limit on submissions per client). Your IP address is used only briefly and in hashed (non-reversible) form for this purpose, based on our legitimate interest in preventing misuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We delete your request once it is no longer required; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

9. Cookies and consent-based services

In its basic operation, our website does not set cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not embed any external tracking services.

Third-country transfers: For the US providers below, data may be transferred to the USA. The providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), for which the EU Commission determined an adequate level of protection by decision of 10 July 2023; standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR apply in addition.

10. Google Analytics

Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies or comparable technologies to analyse website use (e.g. pages viewed, access times, approximate origin, device information). 11. Microsoft Clarity

Subject to your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland (parent company: Microsoft Corporation, USA). Clarity generates, among other things, heatmaps and session recordings in aggregated form to understand website use (e.g. mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth). 12. Google Ads (conversion tracking and remarketing)

Subject to your consent, we use Google Ads services of Google Ireland Limited (address as above) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (conversion tracking) and to show users interest-based advertising (remarketing). Cookies are set and usage data is processed pseudonymously. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Settings/objection: adssettings.google.com.

13. Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)

Subject to your consent, we use the "Meta Pixel" of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of ads on Facebook and Instagram and to build audiences for advertising. Cookies are set and usage data is transmitted to Meta. 14. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console of Google Ireland Limited as a webmaster tool. It provides us with aggregated, statistical analyses of how our website is found in Google Search. No additional tracking code is executed in your browser and no cookies are set on your device for this purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in optimising our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

15. Storage period and deletion

We process and store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes. Data is then deleted unless we are legally obliged to retain it further – in particular due to commercial and tax retention periods (generally 6 or 10 years pursuant to Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO). In such cases, processing is restricted (blocked).
